("GLAAM"), a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural media glass, today announced that the registration statement on Form F-4, relating to its previously announced proposed business combination (the "Business Combination"), has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
Jaguar Global has also scheduled its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Extraordinary General Meeting") to vote on, among other things, the Business Combination. The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held virtually at https://www.cstproxy.com/fastacqii/sm2023 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 27, 2023. Mailing of the definitive proxy statement to Jaguar Global's shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 1, 2023 commenced today, September 14, 2023.
