Fisker Inc (NYSE:FSR) shares are trading lower by 8.4% to $0.16 during Monday’s session. The company announced it secured a financing commitment of up to $150 million from an existing investor through four tranches, subject to certain conditions including the filing of its 2023 Form 10-K.
Additionally, Fisker is in ongoing negotiations with a major automaker for potential collaboration on EV platforms and manufacturing in the US. In 2024, the company says it delivered approximately 1,300 vehicles globally.
