My apologies to my Northeastern friends, Seeking Alpha followers, and others in the country that actually enjoy all four seasons during the year. However, in Delray Beach, Florida, we only have two seasons: Summer and Non-Summer. And now that temperatures have gone over 90 degrees, the snowbirds have left and barely a Jersey accent can be heard in my favorite local haunts: we have definitely entered the former.
