- Air Lease ( NYSE: AL ) on Wednesday reported that during the fourth quarter, it invested $1 billion on aircrafts and delivered 16 new aircrafts from its order book.
- The company said as of December 31, 2022, its fleet comprised of 417 owned aircraft and 85 managed aircraft, with 398 new aircraft on order from Boeing and Airbus set to deliver through 2028.
- The company stated it recovered a Boeing 737-8 plane which was detained in Russia in Q4.
- Air Lease also issued $700 million of 5.85% senior notes due 2027, and closed a $400 million term loan in the fourth quarter.
