Airbus ( OTCPK:EADSF ) ( OTCPK:EADSY ) said Monday it delivered 46 planes in July , down from 60 in June and 47 in July 2021, but its future outlook got a boost with the confirmation of a major new order from China for nearly 300 jets, first announced last month .
For this year's first seven months through July, Airbus ( OTCPK:EADSF ) ( OTCPK:EADSY ) has delivered a net 341 jets after deducting two A350 jets that were built for Russia's Aeroflot but could not be delivered due to sanctions.
A supply crunch has left semi-finished jets parked outside its factories without engines, forcing the company last month to lower its full-year delivery forecast to 700 aircraft from a previous goal of 720 .
