- Alerus Financial ( NASDAQ: ALRS ) said on Wednesday Jon Hendry will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President.
- The company also said its Chief Shared Services Officer Ann McConn will be retiring on January 6.
- McConn will transition her responsibilities to Missy Keney, who has been promoted to Chief Engagement Officer and Executive Vice President.
- Keney will lead the company’s employee and client engagement strategies, in addition to marketing.
- Hendry will continue to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure and initiatives, the company said.
