I’m in the process of writing the content for the June edition of the Forbes Real Estate Investor and one of the primary topics I’m covering is supply and demand. While many REIT investors have become fearful over year-to-date REIT performance, I decided it was time to take step back and look at the catalysts that could drive shares over the next few quarters.
Reading the tea leaves, it seems that REIT fundamentals are solid across most property sectors, and based upon private versus public valuations, REITs look to be well-positioned today.
