Amcor ( NYSE: AMCR ) on Tuesday was picked as a short-term Sell idea by analysts at Deutsche Bank. They said in a catalyst call that they expect the maker of packaging for consumer products to provide a lackluster outlook for its next fiscal year.
Deutsche Bank forecasts 2024 EBITDA of $1.98 billion, compared with the consensus estimate of $2.05 billion. The bank also estimates EPS of $0.714, compared with the average estimate of $0.734.
Lower volumes and the divestiture of its business in Russia will drive down Amcor’s ( AMCR ) earnings, according to Deutsche Bank.
