AMN Healthcare ( NYSE: AMN ) announced on Monday a deal to acquire MSDR for $300M.
The deal is likely to be funded with a combination of cash on hand and borrowings on revolving credit facility.
MSDR runs two healthcare staffing companies that specialize in locum tenens and advanced practices, Medical Search International (MSI) and DRW Healthcare Staffing (DRW).
The firm generated $104M in revenue in 2022 and has year-to-date annualized 2023 revenue of around $155M.
The deal will be modestly accretive to AMN Healthcare's ( AMN ) adjusted EPS in the first twelve months and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.
