- U.S. digital analytics firm Amplitude ( NASDAQ: AMPL ) on Wednesday said it had approved a workforce reduction of about 13%.
- The company had 99 roles in total.
- AMPL said it estimated incurring charges of about $7M to $9M of which $6M to $8M is expected to result in future cash outlay.
- The company expects the majority of the charges to be incurred in Q2 2023 and the workforce reduction to be complete by the end of Q2.
- Class A shares of Amplitude ( AMPL ) earlier closed -5.3% at $11.95.
