- Amplitude ( NASDAQ: AMPL ) on Wednesday named Christopher Harms as the company’s next chief financial officer.
- Harms, who has over 30 years of finance experience, will oversee Amplitude’s global Business Partners organization, which includes finance, accounting, operations, legal, and IT.

Prior to Amplitude, Harms spent seven years as CFO of Silicon Valley-based security company Forescout Technologies.
- Current CFO Hoang Vuong plans to transition from the company.
- Vuong will remain at Amplitude in the interim to ensure a seamless handover.
