Summary

- Despite a slowdown in top-line growth and a decline in the bottom line, Arhaus remains competitive due to its effective omni-channel strategy and high-end product offerings.
- While the company's focus on expansion and investment in growth is commendable, the projected single-digit revenue growth for FY2024 and less appealing valuation metrics warrant a revision of the rating.
