- Multi-bank holding company Arrow Financial ( NASDAQ: AROW ) said on Monday that it has received a Nasdaq notice on non-compliance with the stock exchange's periodic filing requirements.
- The company failed to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, and its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the required due date.
- The company is now required to submit a plan within 60 calendar days, or by June 2. The plan should outline the steps that the company expects to take to become compliant with the rule.
