DENVER, Colo., Mar 12, 2024 ( 247marketnews.com )- Assure Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: IONM ) stated, after yesterday’s market close, that it entered into an agreement to sell certain assets of its IONM business to MPOWERHealth for $2.5 million will be paid in cash, due at closing, and up to an additional $2.0 million, which is due in relation to a potential earnout case volume payment.
IONM is trading at $0.48, up $0.14 (+41.18%), on 6.1M shares.
