Northern Dynasty Minerals ( NYSE: NAK ) -2.7% post-market Monday following a Bloomberg report that the Biden administration is set to ban the dumping of mining waste near Bristol Bay, Alaska, which would effectively block the company's planned Pebble mine as well as future mining in the area.
