Blackstone (NYSE: BX) reported that private equity funds managed by Blackstone entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sphera. This investment values the company at USD 1.4 Billion. Sphera experts help organizations surface, manage and mitigate ESG risk within its SaaS software data and consulting surfaces.
