- Brookfield ( BAM ) is talking to advisers as it prepares a potential sale of the business, according to a Bloomberg report from earlier Tuesday. A potential sale is in early stages and Brookfield may decide to keep Everise.
- Brookfield agreed to buy Everise from private equity firm Everstone Capital for $450 million in late 2020, according to media reports.
- Last Monday Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) was cleared by the Toronto Stock Exchange to pursue a normal course issuer bid for up to 31.78M Class A shares.
