Canadian Solar ( NASDAQ: CSIQ ) +3.1% pre-market after saying Thursday it completed the sale of the Suntop and Gunnedah solar farms, totaling 345 MWp, in New South Wales, Australia, to CalEnergy Resources.
In addition to the sale, Canadian Solar ( CSIQ ) and CalEnergy are beginning a multi-year development services agreement that provides a framework for the companies to work together to build out Canadian Solar's growing renewable energy pipeline in Australia.
