Catalent ( NYSE: CTLT ) postponed its Q3 earnings release and conference call for a third time and is now scheduled to release its results on Friday.
The contract research organization delayed the results to Friday May 19 from Monday as the company work's to finalize its financial statements, according to a statement late Friday.
Catalent ( CTLT ), which hit a 52-week low on Friday, has lost more than half of its value this quarter as Wall Street reacted to its issues ranging from the exit of the finance chief, financial warnings, and delays of its quarterly earnings report.
The delay was first disclosed on May 8 and Catalent ( CTLT ) said it planned to file the Q3 report on May 15. But in a May 11 SEC filing , the company said that it will submit it "as soon as practicable."
Catalent ( CTLT ) shares plunged 26% on Monday after delaying the filing of its FQ3 results and noted that it expects to significantly reduce its fiscal 2023 net revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook by more than $400M each.
