ArchRock buys ArchRock Partners:
Archrock (AROC) and Archrock Partners (APLP) announced a merger deal. Each outstanding APLP unit (AROC already owned 45%) will be converted into 1.4 AROC common shares. This represents a 24% premium to APLP’s 10-trading day volume-weighted average price. At current prices of $9.85 for AROC it also makes each share of APLP worth $13.79.
