German incumbent Deutsche Telekom and majority shareholder of T-Mobile US ( NASDAQ: TMUS ) has sold an aggregate of 2.34M shares in 2024, bringing its holding in the mobile carrier company to 691.3M shares.
Deutsche Telekom sold ~95M worth stock between Jan. 10 to 12 and once again close to a similar amount between Jan 16. to 18 .
The holding company had planned to reduce its ownership of T-Mobile US in 2023, however, it stated that it won't loose its majority position.
TMUS ( TMUS ) stock price has gained about 5.6% during the last one month.
