- November comparable revenue increased 27.3% Y/Y and 7.1% from 2019, while December comparable revenue rose 10.5% Y/Y and 10.7% from 2019.
- "DiamondRock's ( DRH ) portfolio set new records in 2022 with total owned revenue exceeding $1B for the first time in the company's history," said CEO Mark Brugger. "We saw continued strength in travel demand during Q4 with room rates meaningfully exceeding pre-pandemic levels at both our urban and resort properties."
- The REIT reported preliminary 2022 comparable revenue growth of 56.3% Y/Y and 6.2% from 2019.
