The shareholdersrepresented by proxy at the Meeting held 3,413,318 common shares,which constituted 20.85% of the Company’s total issued andoutstanding common shares. The voting results for each matterpresented at the Meeting is set out below:
The resolution to set the number of directors of theCompany at three (3) was approved by the shareholders who voted inrespect of the resolution present or represented by proxy at theMeeting. Voting results are set out below:
