On Sunday, September 7, legislative elections were held for both the lower and upper chambers in the province of Buenos Aires. The Kirchnerist party won by 13.30% (1330 basis points) over Milei's new party. Also, they've been 3.44% (344 basis points) above the historical average, while what I'd call the 'anti-Kirchnerist coalition' has been 607 basis points below its average....
