GTI Energy Ltd(ASX:GTR) executive director Bruce Lane chats with Proactive’sElisha Newell as airborne surveys commence over the Lo Herma ISRUranium Project in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.
The surveys representthe next step in GTI’s journey to a maiden uranium resource, withresults expected to underpin exploration drilling late next year orearly next.
Oncegeophysics conclude at the Lo Herma property, Lane says the aircraftwill move to the company’s Green Mountain and Loki West projectareas.
“Thisairborne geophysical survey is an important component of our programto advance our 100%-owned Lo Herma, Loki West & Green Mountainuranium projects,” the director said in an ASX announcement onTuesday.
“Theairborne survey follows the results of our recent historical drillinganalysis and ground reconnaissance programs that have highlightedhigh-quality exploration targets at all three project areas.
“This survey is also expected to helpfurther refine and confirm drill targets ahead of planned drilling atLo Herma during late 2023 or the first half of 2024.”
