- Ichor ( NASDAQ: ICHR ) -14.3% aftermarket said Tuesday it sees fourth quarter revenue between $300 to $302 million, and expects total cash of about $82 million at year-end.

- “As we progressed through the fourth quarter, it became evident that the areas of weakness in wafer fab equipment, particularly those related to memory spending, have resulted in further reductions in near-term demand from our customers," CEO Jeffrey Andreson said.
- The company said it is witnessing quarter-over-quarter revenue declines that are modestly higher than what it was expecting a couple of months ago.
- Ichor forecasts Q1 revenue around $210 to $240 million, the consensus estimate is $296.8 million.
