indie Semiconductor ( NASDAQ: INDI ) said Wednesday it bought Silicon Radar GmbH, a German-based company offering SoCs for automotive radar applications.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
indie said the transaction supports the company's radar research and development staffing plan, and the financial impact from the deal is expected to be neutral.
The acquisition comes in weeks after the company announced that it would buy GEO Semiconductor for $180 million.
