- Invesco ( NYSE: IVZ ) said Wednesday that Andrew Schlossberg, currently senior managing director and head of the Americas, will succeed Marty Flanagan as president and CEO at the end of June when Flanagan retires from the company and the board.
- Schlossberg will also join the board on June 30. Shlossberg will remain chairman emeritus through Dec. 31 to provide advice to the company.
- Doug Sharp, senior managing director and head of EMEA, will assume an expanded role as head of the Americas and EMEA, and global responsibility for ETFs, SMAs and digital capabilities.
- The company also named Stephanie Butcher, chief investment officer, EMEA, and Tony Wong, global head of Fixed Income Investments, as co-heads of Investments.
- Greg McGreevey, senior managing director, Investments, will leave the company. He will advise Butcher and Wong on investment topics through March 31.
- Last month, Invesco ( IVZ ) reported Q4 earnings and revenue that both beat Wall Street estimates .
