- For the third quarter, we are forecasting CASM ex-Fuel to increase 15 to 17 percent. We’re also tightening our forecast for full-year 2022 CASM ex-Fuel to increase in the range of 11 to 14 percent versus 2019. We expect the heightened level of operational investments to normalize once we get beyond the summer peak. As a result, we expect to see some productivity improvement into the fourth quarter and 2023.
