- Latch ( NASDAQ: LTCH ), which makes an operating system for buildings called LatchOS, on Wednesday named Jason Keyes as interim CEO and Marc Landy as interim CFO.
- Luke Schoenfelder, the company’s current CEO and chairman, is stepping down along with interim CFO Barry Schaeffer and chief accounting officer Junji Nakamura.
- Keyes previously served as managing director of global consulting firm AlixPartners, while Landy served as director of AlixPartners, LTCH said in a statement .
- LTCH's board is planning to conduct a search for a permanent CEO and CFO, the company added.
- Latch ( LTCH ), through its operating system, connects building services and residents and allows apartment dwellers to perform actions such as unlock their spaces, access building amenities, control smart home devices and schedule deliveries.
- LTCH stock earlier closed +6.8% at $0.94.
