Home and building OS software maker Latch ( NASDAQ: LTCH ) will reduce headcount across its U.S.- and Taiwan operations by about 59%, the company said Monday.
Having recently completed the purchase of Honest Day’s Work, the company will leverage and utilize its workforce to cut costs for business operations.
The headcount reduction will be completed by November 1.
Additionally, the company also rejigged its top-level management and said it would name Jamie Siminoff as CEO, Luciano Panaro as CTO, David Lillis as CFO, and Claire Duval as VP of operations, among others, later this year.
