Do you need a March Madness update now that we're officially into April?
The clock is ticking, the field is narrowing, and there's plenty to talk about in the NCAA basketball world… including off the court.
If you read my last article on the subject - " My 'Sweet 16' REITs Revealed " - you already know March Madness "is an annual opportunity to learn humility."
I say that because, every year, millions of people put down on paper who they think will win each and every match right up to the end. And every year, they fail.
Most of them fail hard.
As I wrote, "People have, of course, correctly guessed the winning team." But according to the NCAA itself, the odds of filling out a perfect bracket are:
- 1 in 9,223,372,0326,854,775,808 for those working on sheer guesses and chance
- 1 in 120.2 billion for those who "know a little something about basketball."
