Some ideas are a little odd
Or, perhaps I should weaken that. Some ideas first strike me as a little odd. The big thing about municipal bonds is that they are Federal income tax-free. So, deliberately going out and investing in municipal bonds that are not Fed income tax-free seems odd. But then it's possible that there's a wrinkle in there which makes it not so odd....
