NorthWestern Energy ( NASDAQ: NWE ) said Thursday that Robert Rowe plans to retire as CEO and a board member at the end of this year, to be succeeded by current President and COO Brian Bird.
Rowe has spent 14 years as the company's CEO after serving as senior partner at Balhoff, Rowe & Williams LLC.
Bird joined the company as CFO in 2003 and has held his current position since 2021.
NorthWestern ( NWE ) also reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.54/share on revenues of $323M .
