- Qualtrics ( NASDAQ: XM ) said it opened its new EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) headquarters in Dublin City Centre, which will have an XM Innovation Centre focused on AI.
- The opening of the building marks 10 years of investment and expansion in Ireland by Qualtrics.
- The Provo, Utah-based company set up a Dublin base as its first office outside the U.S. in 2013.
- The facility will also have a R&D XM Innovation Centre and will help create innovations using AI, machine learning and natural language processing, among other technologies.
- The EMEA headquarters, at Costello House has capacity for over 500 employees. The company noted that Costello House is also its largest office in EMEA.
- The company currently employs about 400 people in Dublin and is continuing to hire locally.
