RBB Bancorp ( RBB ) is a local bank operating two dozen branches in LA County, Orange County, and Ventura County in California, as well as Las Vegas and New York. The bank focuses on the Asian-centric communities . The bank is a minority depository institution, which allows it to receive additional support from the FDIC. The bank has had to deal with a deteriorating loan book lately, but I think the worst might be behind us, and after a surprisingly high loan loss provision in Q1, we should see a more normalized provisioning rate not unsimilar to what we saw in the second quarter. ...
