Pickering ON - October 25, 2023 - TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (OTC:RFHRF)(FSE:9RR) (“ Renforth ” or the“ Company ”) would like to inform shareholdersthat the Fall 2023 exploration program at Surimeau has commenced, withstripping of the Beaupré copper discovery. Drilling is planned forthe central portion of the Victoria mineralized horizon; it isanticipated that the program will start later this month.
Beaupré Copper Discovery StrippingProgram Commences
Beaupré was discovered near a lumber road in the NEpart of the Surimeau property by SOQUEM, who obtained an 8% Cu grabsample, which Renforth verified with a 3.59% grab sample. Grab samplesare specific and preferentially selected, therefore not representativeof the entirety of the vein-hosted mineralization, which occurs asvein hosted copper mineralization in chalcopyrite and bornite over165m on surface, where it disappears into overburden. The Beauprédiscovery is a greenfield discovery, located close to the regionalCadillac Break structure, with no historical record or geophysicalsignature in available surveys, however, there is evidence of very oldblasting activity. Renforth will wash the exposed shear zone andremove overburden along strike and in a crosscut to bettercharacterize what Beaupré is, and identify parallel veins, if any, that occur within the stripped crosscut.
McCart Nickel Prospecting ProgramComplete
Renforth's geologists completedan initial prospecting campaign at the McCart property, located nearIroquois Falls, Ontario. The property contains three bands of NE/SWtrending broad ridges, these can be divided into the north,south-central and south parts of the property. Numerous traverses werecarried out targeting these ridges using satellite photos to identifypotential outcrop locations. The northern bands are comprised of ultramafic and mafic volcanics with locally upto 5% coarse clots and disseminations of Pyrrhotite and pyritestronger in the ultramafic. The south-central ridges are comprised ofintercalated ultramafic and mafic volcanic lenses. Numerous outcropscontained narrow Quartz-albite stringers, one of which contained acoarse clot of chalcopyrite and bornite. The southern part of the property hosts a third series of broad NE-SWtrending ridges comprised primarily of pillowed basalts and narrowinterlayers of ultramafics. Numerous small historic blast pits wereidentified in this area. All of the pits contained veins ofSerpentinite with chrysotile along fractures and pillowselvages. Samples were selected in the field andhave been submitted for assay, results will be reported whenreceived.
Parbec Gold Deposit Update
Renforth has retained Martin Demers PGeo (OGQ) toremodel the Parbec deposit using the results of the ~15,000m whichwere drilled subsequent to the 2019 MRE for Parbec.
This process is at an approximate halfway point, todate Mr. Demers has interpreted a hinge fold in the Pontiac whichallowed the emplacement of diorites, associated with the higher-gradegold at Parbec. The hinge fold is part of a new structuralinterpretation of the Parbec gold deposit which includes observationsand modelling to better understand and predict the location andgeometry of gold zones at Parbec.
Mr. Demers is working on horizontal plans, this pointof view helps to understand the true orientation of gold lenses, helped by the tight and regular drill pattern at Parbec, especiallywithin the first hundred meters from the surface. This modeling isbeing done in order to understand the geometry of the Parbec golddeposit and identify strike and down dip extensions of the mineralizedzones.
The use of level plans highlights the presence of flatlying and offset lenses which thicken. This is different from theMRE model which used vertical cross sections, perpendicular to theCadillac Break, which influences the model created. Upon completion ofthis remodeling the resultant information will be available onRenforth's website.
Surimeau Prospecting Update
Renforth is still awaiting receipt of all the assayresults from the pegmatite prospecting campaign (which discovered newmineralization north of Lalonde) which took place in August 2023. Whencomplete, the data will be forwarded to Dr. Selway for interpretationof the results and released to the public thereafter.
About Renforth
Renforth is a battery metals area play with thedominant brownfield land position south of the world classCadillac-Larder Lake Fault ("CLLF") in the prolific Cadillacand Malartic mining camps of Quebec's Abitibi.Offering exposure to gold, zinc, nickel, copper, cobalt and more, including lithium, Renforth's land position encompasses several areasof interest.
Renforth's position is unique in that the both thebattery metals mineralization at Surimeau and our gold deposit atParbec are road accessible, with hydro power crossing the properties,in an established and secure mining jurisdiction which regularly ranksas Top 10 (as determined by the Fraser Institute) in the world.
Renforth is engaged in the active exploration of theproven Surimeau battery metals mineralization, working towards amaiden resource statement, and the remodeling of our Parbec golddeposit to incorporate the ~15,000m drilled subsequent to the 2019effective date of the last MRE.
