Lab equipment maker Scientific Industries ( OTCQB:SCND ) has filed to uplist its shares to Nasdaq and raise around $10M.
The medtech company didn't specify how many shares it was looking to offer, but indicated in its filing fee schedule that it was looking to raise up to $10M and price shares at up to $4.50 apiece. Craig-Hallum is serving as sole managing underwriter.
Scientific Industries hopes to list its shares on Nasdaq under the symbol SCND. Its shares currently trade OTC, according to the filing.
Based in New York, Scientific Industries designs, manufactures and markets benchtop laboratory equipment and bioprocessor systems.
