Small Community Banks Are The Focus Of QABA

Over the last couple of months, I have reviewed a number of small regional banks from all around the US. The performance of these banks was used to track the performance of the broader market relatively well until the failures of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank were in the spotlight in early 2023. It is fairly easy to find the timing of these events on a five-year chart.
