- Northrop Grumman ( NYSE: NOC ) has selected space-based connectivity company Solstar Space to provide Wireless Access Points (WAP) for NASA's Habitation and Logistics Outpost (HALO) module.
- Planned for launch in 2024, HALO is a habitation module built by Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems ( NOC ).
- Solstar Space has been tapped to develop the WiFi Access Points that will be used for communications aboard HALO. The Solstar WAP will provide WiFi network for communications with ground control, the lunar surface, and spacecraft.
