SunVesta, Inc. (OTC Pink: SVSA) (the “Company”) announced that its board of directors has approved the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, SunVesta Holding AG, to Aires International Investment Inc., the Company’s principal creditor. The board also approved the subsequent dissolution of the Company. The sale of SunVesta Holding AG and the Company’s dissolution require shareholder approval. The Company has called a special meeting of its shareholders for this purpose on May 14, 2019. An Information Statement and proxy materials have been mailed to the Company’s shareholders of record.
