- Temenos ( AG ) ( OTCPK:TMNSF ) ADRs rose almost 10% on a report that private equity firms are said to be evaluating making an offer for the Swiss banking software company.
- Buyout firms Nordic Capital and KKR ( KKR ) are considering a possible bid for Temenos, according to a Dealreporter item on Tuesday, which cited sources familiar. At least one PE firm has engaged with advisors recently for due diligence on Temenos.
- The latest report comes after Dealreporter in October said a small number of private equity firms were said to be looking at Temenos ( OTCPK:TMNSF ). PE firm Thoma Bravo was said among parties that had shown interest in the Swiss company.
- Bloomberg reported in October that activist fund Petrus Advisers told the Temenos that it had taken a small stake in the banking software company.
- Temenos ( OTCPK:TMNSF ) reportedly attracted PE interest from PE firms EQT AB and Thom Bravo in October 2021.
