RENO, Nev. , March 3, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Holding Company (NYSE: UHAL, UHAL.B), parent of U-Haul International, Inc., Oxford Life Insurance Company, Repwest Insurance Company and Amerco Real Estate Company, on March 3, 2023 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on its Series N Non-Voting Common Stock. The dividend will be payable March 27, 2023 to holders of record on March 14, 2023 .
This will be the second dividend issued under the Company's dividend policy announced on October 25, 2022 , which stated that the Company intends to pay quarterly cash dividends on its Series N Non-Voting Common Stock (NYSE: UHAL.B) beginning in the third quarter of fiscal 2023.
