- United Maritime Corp ( NASDAQ: USEA ) said on Thursday that it had agreed to sell its remaining LR2 tanker vessel, the 2008-built M/T Epanastasea, to an unaffiliated third party.
- Deal is for $37.5M, the company said in a statement .
- Company expects a profit of ~$14.2M from the sale of M/T Epanastasea.
- USEA also entered into agreement to acquire a Panamax dry bulk vessel built in 2011 in Japan, for $17.8M.
- The company expects to fund the acquisition with cash on hand, and expects the vessel to be delivered between August and October 2023.
