- Virgin Orbit ( NASDAQ: VORB ) on Monday said it had been informed by the Nasdaq stock market that trading in its common stock and warrants would be suspended on April 13.
- The Nasdaq notice comes after the Richard Branson-founded company filed for bankruptcy last week.
- Shares of VORB continued to slide on Monday, ending the day with a decline of 17.2% to settle at $0.17.
- VORB also said that Nasdaq asserted that the company was not compliant with another listing rule as it had not yet filed its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022.
