- voxeljet ( NASDAQ: VJET ) has entered into a sale-leaseback arrangement involving its facility in Friedberg, Germany.
- The Friedberg facility serves as voxeljet’s ( VJET ) headquarters as well as its center of excellence for research, development and production of 3D printing systems.
- The leaseback of the facility provides for a fifteen-year lease commitment with two consecutive five-year extension option periods.
- The transaction is also estimated to generate approximately €26.5M in gross proceeds, which will be used to repay financial liabilities. It is expected to close towards the end of the third quarter 2022.
