- The deal amount includes 2M shares valued at $0.25/share and $250K in cash over 4 years.
- BUDZ paid 1M shares and $10K on signing of the deal.
- "Our newly acquired inventory includes over 30 CBD & CBG strains," said BUDZ CEO Glenn Martin.
- Jeffery Miller, owner of Hempirical Genetics, will lead strain and product development as BUDZ unit HEMP BioScience's new CEO.
- "WEED looks to reinstitute its R&D in clinical trials domestically and in Israel in conjunction with sister company WEED Israel Cannabis on product development and educational tools for doctors and the public. Miller will be the key coordinator for our studies globally," said Martin.
