Even on a lousy day for marijuana stocks on Tuesday, Village Farms International (NASDAQ: VFF) was a notable underperformer. The company's shares fell by nearly 11%, on the back of quarterly results that didn't fully meet expectations.
For its Q4, Village Farms booked $47.4 million in sales -- 43% higher on a year-over-year basis. The company flipped to a $7.0 million profit ($0.12 per share) on the bottom line, against the year-ago loss of $7.2 million.
