I last covered WTW in October , rating shares a buy, and since then, they have returned 11.4%. In the process, they hit and then pulled back from my $264 target. While a strong absolute return, that has lagged the market’s 22% gain. I continue to believe $260-264 is fair value, and with just ~5-7% upside, I am downgrading shares to a hold....
