A great dividend growth ETF that might have a better 2026
As a follow up to my previous article on The Fidelity High Dividend ETF ( FDVV ), I wanted to examine why one of the other popular dividend growth ETFs, the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation Index Fund ETF (NYSE: VIG ), underperformed FDVV in 2025. In this article I'll take a look at the two funds' sector weights and try to parse out why FDVV posted 2025 alpha versus Vanguard's fund. I'll also take a look at the sector make up and see if VIG is primed for a better performance in 2026....
